Shipments Outside the U.S.:
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Orders containing credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S. CANNOT be processed. If you live outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our jewelry, please email us for a reseller referral.
Minimum Purchase:
The minimum purchase from our online jewelry outlet is $50.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. We we will not sell, trade or disclose your personal information to any third party. In the event our business is sold, personal information such as customer's name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be transferred. Customers on our mailing list always have the ability to "opt-out" of future mailings.
Purchases for Resale:
Customers purchasing for resale are required to enter their business name and a valid tax I.D. number with each order at checkout. Outlet prices reflect a 50% discount on previous website prices. Discounts no longer apply at checkout.
Retail Customers Residing in North Carolina:
Purchases made by residents of North Carolina which are not for resale are subject to sales tax. Please check the appropriate box at checkout and click "recalculate" to include the tax.
Final Sale:
Please select carefully as purchases from our online outlet are non-returnable.
Claims:
Defective items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please email us to request a return authorization number and return address. Items receiving a return authorization must be returned within 7 days. Items returned without an RA# or after 7 days may be discarded with no credit given.
Refused or Cancelled Orders:
Orders returned to us as refused, orders not picked up at the Post Office, or orders that have been cancelled by buyer prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable on refused orders.
